Marsha Hamby Savage
“Painting from life has been the largest inspiration for my work and is my continuing education. It teaches me to observe value, color, atmosphere and light.”
“It teaches me to observe value, color, atmosphere and light. My favorite saying is “It’s the journey, not the destination.” I believe the journey of the mind is as important as the journey of the feet! My paintings are mostly the natural landscape, with a few still life, flowers and people thrown in occasionally. These paintings are executed in oil, acrylic or soft pastels.” Marsha Savage
